We are a community for people who want to do “the work” – people who are interested in learning more about themselves but have struggled to stay motivated in the past.
We are a small, intimate group of real people who live real lives. This group is not one of those “no excuses”, boot camp types of groups. We are all here to be perfectly imperfect together as we read books that celebrate, inspire and support personal development and self-discovery. We will read and discuss (and sometimes criticize) literature with guidance and support from a real clinician.
This group is perfect for you if there is 8-day-old broccoli in your fridge that was purchased with the best of intentions or piles of bullet journals that sit barely touched on your bedside table. You might have started and stopped the same fitness plan or skin care routine over and over. There is no shame here.
I know you’re tired and frustrated with all of the effort you’ve put into trying to change your life. This probably feels like another thing you’ll give up on after the shiny and new wears off. But, I want to remind you that whatever brought you here matters and I hope that you won’t lose sight of that.
So if you’re willing to give yourself another chance at the life you want to live, grab a cup of coffee and let’s get to work.
