Women’s Recovery Intensive
We offer a women's recovery intensive that aims to help women in recovery connect and heal on deeper levels. This group provides the time and space to process core patterns and learn new skills to manage life on life’s terms. Our women’s recovery intensive meets Thursday from 7-8pm.
This group is right for you if:
You've been to treatment or engaged in other therapy groups and miss digging a little deeper.
You need more support from other women.
You've had difficulty feeling connected to your recovery.
You want to learn about self-trust in order to boost self-esteem.
We will meet on Zoom from 7-8pm on Thursday nights starting 0n January 7th, 2021 .
Each week has an assignment and a topic -- for example, during one week you will have a guided meditation to complete between sessions with a journaling component. The assignments aim to bring focus to how well aligned you are to your values and vision for the future. Our group process then aims to help you manage whatever is getting in the way!
There is an 8 session minimum. The total investment for this intensive is $250 and can be paid either upfront or in payments (must be decided upon with Jena prior to the start of the intensive).
There is an 8-person maximum in order to allow for a deeper level of vulnerability and authenticity. This is a closed group -- meaning members will be screened for appropriateness and no new members will be added once the group starts.
