Hi! My name is Jennifer Rowe, and I am a dedicated counseling intern specializing in incorporating movement, mindfulness, and somatic awareness with those who have experienced trauma. I believe incorporating the body into treatment is a vital element to mental health and the therapeutic process.
With a passion for helping individuals navigate their personal journeys, I provide a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. I have worked extensively with youth and aging populations in group and individual settings, as well as LGBTQ+, adolescents and adults.

I work with children and adults just like you who are struggling with anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress. My approach is guided by addressing issues related to gender, power, and social justice. I am committed to promoting equality and inclusivity, and I recognize the impact of societal influences on individuals' well-being. By exploring the intersections of gender, culture, and identity, I aim to empower clients to challenge oppressive systems and narratives, and to create more fulfilling and authentic lives.

I strive to empower clients to discover their own strengths and resources, and to make meaningful choices that align with their values and aspirations while acknowledging the unique challenges and opportunities that arise from the human experience.
