Being diagnosed (or self-diagnosed) with ADHD later in life can bring a wave of emotions—relief, grief, clarity, and confusion. This group is a space to unpack it all, with others who truly understand (including the facilitators). Whether you're just beginning to make sense of your brain or trying to reframe years of self-doubt, you don’t have to do it alone.
Together, we’ll explore what ADHD really looks like—beyond stereotypes and checklists. We’ll talk about executive functioning struggles, emotional regulation, shame, relationships, and how to build self-compassion after years of feeling “too much” or “not enough.”

You'll also find practical tools and strategies to between sessions, helping you to navigate your journey with confidence and resilience. Join us in creating a supportive community fosters growth and understanding.

COST
$45 per session or $360/total
$320 if paid upfront

Please note: Enrollment in this group signifies a commitment to all 8 sessions. Your spot is reserved exclusively for you, and as such, you are responsible for the full cost, even if you miss a session.

Group will start at the end of August
Depending on how much interest we receive, we will have both a virtual and in-person option. Please indicate on the contact form which you prefer.
Group will be 12-130pm on Wednesdays for our in person group.
We will also be offering a virtual evening group TBD.
Location TBD but will be in Greensboro
INTAKE REQUIRED
Each participant will meet with counselor for 15-30 minutes prior to initiation of the group to make sure the group is mutually beneficial.
