Couples Counseling in Greensboro NC
Every relationship faces challenges—but queer and neurodivergent couples often navigate an added layer of misunderstanding, invalidation, and pressure to conform. Whether you're working through conflict, deepening intimacy, or rebuilding trust, you’ve already taken a powerful step by seeking help.
Rithy Vang offers affirming couples counseling grounded in the Gottman Method—because your relationship deserves care, skill, and support that truly fits who you are.

Our Approach
At Little Seed Counseling, Rithy Vang offers couples counseling that integrates the research-based Gottman Method with an affirming, inclusive lens. This means learning to manage conflict, build emotional intimacy, and communicate in ways that feel authentic—not performative. Sessions are collaborative, trauma-informed, and always respectful of who you are as individuals and as a couple. Whether you're in crisis or just want to strengthen your foundation, Rithy offers a grounded, compassionate space to reconnect.

Tools that Actually Work
The Gottman Method gives you structured, proven tools—like how to de-escalate arguments, create rituals of connection, and understand each other’s emotional worlds. Rithy helps you adapt these tools to your relationship, honoring your neurotype, gender identity, and unique dynamic.
Affirming and Inclusive
Too many couples leave therapy feeling unseen. Rithy creates space for all parts of your identity—queer, neurodivergent, BIPOC, non-monogamous, or otherwise—to be held with care. You don’t need to explain your existence here.
