Hey There!

I know this part can feel really scary. You’ve probably been looking around for awhile now, unsure of what therapist is the best fit for your needs. I’ve been there — searching through countless therapists on my path to finding one who is perfect for me (yes, therapists go to therapy!).

Choosing a therapist is a commitment to yourself, not to the therapist! Please know that we offer free consultations so that you can feel comfortable making the decision that meets your needs. If it’s not a good fit, we won’t be offended! But, if it does happen to be a good fit, we will be ready to tread through all of life’s ups and downs with you. Congrats on taking this first big step!

Meet Our Client Care Coordinator, Billie

I have lifelong experience with mental health and wellbeing, with over 3 years of experience in the mental health field. I’m excited to connect with you as you embark on or return to your journey.

When I’m not working, you can find me pickin’ banjo, sipping sweet tea, and enjoying the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains on the back of a horse. I was born and raised in our beautiful, diverse state of North Carolina. I believe the best work we can do is when we do justly, love mercifully, and walk humbly with each other.

Billie (they/them) supports new clients at Little Seed Counseling by creating a warm, supportive experience from the very first contact. As our Client Care Coordinator, they help make starting therapy feel clear, human, and welcoming.

At Little Seed, we believe real people should be behind our emails, blogs, and social media—because connection matters in mental health care. Learn more about Billie and how they help clients feel supported from day one below.

We want you to feel safe and informed when reaching out. While this website is a place to learn about our services, it is not a secure platform for sharing personal health information. If you're interested in working with us, we invite you to connect through our secure client portal, where scheduling, paperwork, and communication can be handled safely and confidentially.
