Hey There!

I know this part can feel really scary. You’ve probably been looking around for awhile now, unsure of what therapist is the best fit for your needs. I’ve been there — searching through countless therapists on my path to finding one who is perfect for me (yes, therapists go to therapy!).

Choosing a therapist is a commitment to yourself, not to the therapist! Please know that we offer free consultations so that you can feel comfortable making the decision that meets your needs. If it’s not a good fit, we won’t be offended! But, if it does happen to be a good fit, we will be ready to tread through all of life’s ups and downs with you. Congrats on taking this first big step!

Meet Our Client Care Coordinator, Jolie

I have a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and over five years of experience in the mental health field. I’m passionate about supporting clients with warmth and I love being part of a space where people feel seen and supported.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me listening to Taylor Swift, playing electric guitar, cooking, or making cute drinks. I’m originally from Louisiana and enjoy traveling with my husband and our two cocker spaniels. I’m a big believer in staying true to yourself and chasing experiences that remind you why.

Jolie supports new clients at Little Seed Counseling by creating a warm, supportive experience from the very first contact. As our Client Care Coordinator, she helps make starting therapy feel clear, human, and welcoming.

At Little Seed, we believe real people should be behind our emails, blogs, and social media—because connection matters in mental health care. Learn more about Jolie and how she helps clients feel supported from day one below.
