Being diagnosed (or self-diagnosed) with ADHD later in life can bring a wave of emotions—relief, grief, clarity, and confusion. This group is a space to begin unpacking that, with others who truly understand (including the facilitators). Whether you're just beginning to make sense of your brain or trying to reframe years of self-doubt, you don’t have to do it alone.
Together, we’ll explore what ADHD really looks like—beyond stereotypes and checklists. We’ll talk about executive functioning struggles, emotional regulation, shame, relationships, and how to build self-compassion after years of feeling “too much” or “not enough.”

You'll also find practical tools and strategies to between sessions, helping you to navigate your journey with confidence and resilience. Please note: Enrollment in this group signifies a commitment to all 10 sessions. Your spot is reserved exclusively for you, and as such, you are responsible for the full cost, even if you miss a session.
